Back Links or The Lack of Them

Author: Sylvia White

Has your website disappeared or popped up way back in the six or seven hundreds on the top search engine? Have you been wondering why this has happened? Take my advice and check out your back links. You can bet your life that in the last two or three months at least half of your back links or even more have disappeared.

There is no need to wonder why this is happening it is quite simple. Google has given the thumbs up to one way back links, so all those unscrupulous web masters are removing their links in the hope that you don't notice, or you never do link checks.

They now have an abundance of one way links and WOW they have jumped way up to front of the queue. There is a simple way to stop this happening, just remove all those sites that have removed your link. If every one followed this advice those unscrupulous webmasters would end up in the same boat.

What was Google thinking of to introduce something so controversial as one way links! Did they realise what would happen? Why should your website be more important because it has an abundance of one way back links? If they are got honestly because people are happy to link to what they believe is an impressive site with out expecting a link back, then yes it is worthy of top placing.

So all you webmasters that have travelled backwards or disappeared from the searches go quickly and check on Google, have your back links shrunk to almost nothing? if they have you have your answer as to why your website has almost been made redundant.

Author Bio:

Sylvia White

I have been online for over four years and I have learnt mainly by my mistakes but I have now graduated to writing my first E-book.

I am a great grandma so no spring chicken but I have enjoyed some success and many extra holidays since I first began online.

The Internet and my PC is not only profitable but also my favourite hobby.

I have four children, eight grandchildren and one great grandchild. I am kept extremely bust as apart from my PC I have looked after three of my grandchildren since they born due to their parents working fulltime.

The eldest is eight and the youngest is almost three it has been a full time job, unpaid of course but that is what moms are for !

We received quite a blow last year when they discovered my husband had liver cancer but lucky in one way as it a slow growing one and still with me.

I also look after my son aged 42 who had an accident and received a head injury, he is recovering slowly so things are not as black as they might have been.

I try to look on the bright side of life which keeps me going.
