You will, however, have to pay for the transportation of your building to the site. There are other limitations to these buildings as well, which may or may not be a concern for you. They often are constructed with ceilings that are only 8 feet tall as opposed to a traditional ceiling height of 9 or 10 feet in most homes and buildings.
