Ever looked for a legitimate way to make some money on the Internet? Another bill has arrived and requires fast payment? So what a joy to see advertisements offering a home job -$200 per hour, or the advertisement that you can get paid $150 per hour to complete online surveys. Does the thought of earning up to $4000 per month give you a tingle down your spine? Of course it does.

Today, if you visit any money or job related website they will be full of paid survey advertisements. There is the first question to ask... Why are all these paid survey sites advertised so hard and often?

The answer is very easy, there are so many people out there, like yourself, that for one reason or another needs more money and these advertisements promise big earnings from doing something easy and simple without even having to leave home.

Unfortunately the legitimate survey companies of which there is only an estimated 1% of get buried amongst the not so legitimate companies. And after putting lots of time, effort and money into the 99% survey scams the legitimate companies are never found.

It is far easier to lose money and end up out of pocket with survey companies than to make money.

It is so easy to set up a paid surveys website and anyone can do this. Most that do this have only one thing on their mind, making money. To do this they make you pay to join their website to receive all the knowledge and tools you will need to make this fortune every month. Unfortunately it is the experience of most that once the money has been paid they receive lists of useless links to companies that no longer exist or even worse a link to another website which also charges a fee and on it goes.

The one time fee that these websites charge is pretty much found to be between $30-$100 sometimes with the added carrot that this offer will end at midnight tonight and from there on in you will be charged extra.

The reality is that these websites offer absolutely nothing other than out dated resources and directories that have non working links, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses, no customer service support, no refunds if you are unhappy with your purchase, poorly designed sites, or actually do offer lots of little surveys that get you very little money if any at all.

There are ways of earning a modest income from home using the internet and legitimate survey companies can be found but do the research yourself and do not hand over hard earned money. There are other ways of earning money too; it just takes a little research. The thing to remember is that no legitimate company is going to ask you to pay to work for them.

Starting an Internet business is different, an investment would be expected to start up any business but a job should be just that a job.
