For this reason, you must realize that you could play an entire day at a Progressive and never win the full jackpot. For this reason, it's a wise idea to keep a separate bankroll for Progressive gaming. This will allow you to play other casino games and, hopefully, still have some money in your pocket at the end of the day.
5. Always Go for the Highest Hand in Video Poker - In Video Poker, you must hit a Royal Flush in order to have a chance at the Progressive Jackpot. If you have a high pair, keep in mind that you can still break up that pair to go for a better hand. If you draw with a pair, you cannot win the Progressive. This may very well cost you some money, but it's an acceptable loss if you're playing for the big payday. |
