Are You Ready to Seek the Answers From Within?

Author: Sarah Liddle

Why are so many people today seeking the intangible outside of them? Yes there are people that are looking inward, and usually it isnt easy to go inward. Why is this? Because when we look on the inside for the answers we usually discover the past, our memories and everything in between.

There are many courageous individuals on the path to sheer peace, and there are many that are going in the opposite direction.

What direction are you going in?

How did you get onto this direction?

Is this the direction still the direction you want to be on?

What direction would you like to be going in?

On this direction what does it look like? Smell like? Taste like? Sound like?

Going back to the begin of this article I mentioned that you have to look within, this is a great starter, but what about the main issue, the main thing is then to walk your talk so you have read a lot of spiritual books, attended a lot of workshops, but what have you done with that knowledge?

1. Putting that knowledge to use in your life is the next stage.

Okay, so you have self awareness and you are walking your talk. The next thing is to review the results that you are getting in your life. Are they expressing the life of you and your peace that you have been sharing with the universe.

2. Review, and sit on this for a while. Sit and think, review the past weeks, what went well? What didnt go that well?

After completing your self assessment the next stage toward pure peace is to learn from your reflection. You should write down in your journal what you have learnt.

3. Learn from your reflection

Now that you have learnt from your reflection you then can apply/ and adjust your actions that you are taking in your life.

4. Adjust actions to get a better outcome
