There are difficult treks, easy treks, and long or, short treks that can be undertaken. Both novice and seasoned trekkers can experience the Indian Himalayas diverse blend of cultures, religions and dramatic scenery.

A walk back through time

To the west Tibet, lie the twin valleys Lahaul and Spiti. This region remains isolated and until recently closed, due military and political reasons.

These valleys encompass glaciers, high ridges, broad valleys, pastures and have a minimum elevation exceeding 3000 meters. This area has large expanses of high altitude cold desert as well as rolling pastures, 6000 meter peaks and swollen rivers. Kinnaur lies not far away.

Its only link with the outside world is by way of the Hindustan -Tibet road through Shimla... These regions are wild, unspoiled and untouched by major touristism and are a paradise for trekkers.

Kuari Pass: A walk In The Clouds

Kuari pass at an elevation of 4268 meters lies in the heart of Chamoli district in the Garhwal Himalayas.

Also known as Curzons trail, the glorious view of the imposing eastern peaks of the Garhwal Himalayas is enchanting.

At Kuari pass one stands at the divide of the middle and the greater Himalayas. Towering peaks like Nandadevi, Dunagiri, Bethartoli and Devasthan are a mere footstep away.

If you are looking for stunning mountains then this is the trek here is for you.
